Zyyx PRO II

Swedish ZYYX Labs just released their new Zyyx PRO update that focus on higher temperatures and lower noise

Zyyx Labs and the Zyyx PRO II has a heritage of performance 3D printing with advanced materials. The Zyyx PRO provides an interesting heated chamber approach in combination with special build plates to let you print in exotic materials like PA12, Kevlar and carbon fiber infused nylons.

A clever hot-end swappable system together with Simplify 3D profiles and matching build plates makes printing in Nylon, TPU, ABS or other open standard materials easy and reliable.

The new and updated Zyyx PRO II improves on a good platform and offers higher temperatures for both the chamber and the extruder.

Additionally, new power supply and a cleanroom grade filtering system makes the printer both quiet and compliant enough for most office locations while still offering industrial grade materials.

Beefier Power Supply and Noctua(?) fan for quiet operations.

ZYYX MagFlex

The new flexible build plate MagFlex is a great way to easily remove prints without having to use tools to break the bond between build plate and print.

The Zyyx Pro II already use a interchangeable magnetic build plate system that is stiff, but with the MagFlex you get an extra flexible plate on top.

Zyyx proTect™

The ZYYX Pro II includes the proTect™ system that maximize filament durability during storage.

Filament is put in a resealable vacuum bag with a dehumidifier capsule and a vacuum is accomplished with an electrical vacuum pump.

It’s a great system to make sure your hydroscopic nylon filament are in great shape when you’re ready to print with them.

As en extra bonus, the heated build chamber acts as an filament dryer during printing as well!
