PEOPOLY PHENOM PRIME MSLA 3D PRINTER
Peopoly have just launched their new Phenom Prime MSLA 3D Printer and it looks like a really cool machine.
With the Phenom Prime, Peopoly takes another step into high resolution MSLA 3D Printers that enable laser-grade quality. With it’s 5,5k resolution panel you achieve fantastic resolution over the build surface. With a build volume of 276 x 155 x 400 mm you should also be able to fit most projects inside.
With the upgrade from 4K panel to 5,5K panel you will get a pixel pitch of 51 um. That’s on par with most Laser SLS-machines, and should be enough of even the most picky users.
The height of 400mm still achieves up to 0,05mm layers although some might use this machine for more speedy SLA printing. The Panel transmission and resin curing reduces exposure times with up to 70%. This in combination with Peopolys Deft resin, will get you a 100% speed boost compared to previous generation Phenom.
Phenom Prime 3D Printing Competition
The Phenom Prime is designed to compete with Formlabs laser SLA 3D Printers. With the Phenom Prime, Peopoly claims 4 times the size and up to 500% faster printing speeds compared to Formlabs Form 3. Sounds like incredible productivity and I wish 3D Print Tech Design could have a review unit to back up those claims!
